I can almost always make a same day appointment if my child is sick. The staff is friendly and professional. And they're fabulous at helping you with any paperwork you need for your kids school or records. Dr. Simpson is my child's provider, and she always feels comfortable and happy to see him.
Thank you for fitting us into the schedule on such short notice. The staff were all so nice, and Dr. Coleman is a rockstar.
They have the worst customer service. My son just started seeing them for ADHD treatment. Our first appointment and the doctor is running almost 40 minutes late, but this happens so we just waited. He had to have a prescription to have his ADHD medication renewed, and the doctor told us that now they can do that electronically so I did not have to wait for a prescription to be written out. I told her okay that was fine let me know if she needed me to come back and pick up anything because I would be in town for a little bit.... read more
