I don’t like this place at all. Front desk staff are rude and have attitudes, they also “put you on hold” and don’t realize that you can hear them having a private conversation on their personal phone about how “they doing too much” *cackle* Meanwhile you’re waiting for 7 mins for an answer. Just rude, unfeeling people. With the exception of 1 outstanding nurse that dealt with my child initially, she was amazing. Avoid this clinic if at all possible. Doctors and staff had been nice in the past, but all of a sudden they are billing our insurance using the code for a hospital visit, instead of a regular provider visit at the clinic. So instead of the usual co-pay, we got a bill for $175 only because the clinic is attached to a hospital. To be clear, this was for a regularly scheduled provider appointment and NOT a hospital visit at all. My brother and sister started at the clinic when they were babies they have the same dr. They loved her and she knew how to handle my brother who is autistic she help my mom find a therapy place that could help both my siblings
