I don’t like this place at all. Front desk staff are rude and have attitudes, they also “put you on hold” and don’t realize that you can hear them having a private conversation on their personal phone about how “they doing too much” *cackle* Meanwhile you’re waiting for 7 mins for an answer. Just rude, unfeeling people. With the exception of 1 outstanding nurse that dealt with my child initially, she was amazing. Avoid this clinic if at all possible. Doctors and staff had been nice in the past, but all of a sudden they are billing our insurance using the code for a hospital visit, instead of a regular provider visit at the clinic. So instead of the usual co-pay, we got a bill for $175 only because the clinic is attached to a hospital. To be clear, this was for a regularly scheduled provider appointment and NOT a hospital visit at all.
