The people in the office are really great. I am frustrated that all calls go through central scheduling. I don’t need to schedule, but talk to a nurse or someone in the office. It would be great to have that as an option- especially since central scheduling closes at 4:30 and the office at 5. Now I have to wait till Monday.
This has nothing to do with the staff but rather the inconvenient new check in procedure and that Akron Children’s, who should be aware of babies age appropriate developmental milestones, now asks in their 9 month questionnaire for your 9 month old to independently WALK through a room and get you an item if you ask for it. It is so incredibly inappropriate and can be upsetting for a first time mom. Your baby “fails” that questionnaire if they can’t do these things yet.
I'm very upset I sent my daughter two times to this place in Ashland she had laryngitis and the nurse just sent her out our way with no medication no nothing and she ended up in the ER I sent her back one last time yesterday and she had a UTI once again they sent her out the door no medication and no results but you're going to take my office visit for what ?what did you do I will never give you a good rating and she will never be back to your building if you cannot diagnose somebody or give them proper treatment than maybe ... read more
I have been bringing my children here since my oldest was born. Over 14 years. We went to Joyce for a number of years. And still try to get her while she is there helping out. Everyone has always been so nice. Except one specific front desk person. Cameron has always come off rude and just doesn't seem to be a fit for their front desk, being the first person you see or talk to when you walk in the office.
