I have been at this office for a few years now and to be honest your time is simply not respected. If you are late you will not be seen; however, you will definitely wait, between 1-2 hours before you are seen. I do like Dr. Kelly as I have been coming here for a while now; however, the wait is always, always too long. While, I can understand delays for various reasons, it cannot always be the case.
We adore Dr. watson at this office BUT the wait times after a scheduled appointment are CRAZY. You send at least TWO hours in the office before you see the doctor.
We were really enjoying the facility and the staff until we received our bills. Because this clinic is part of AU/MCG Health the billing is done by a large billing department separate from the facility. We took our children for well child visits which have never in the 11 years we have had our insurance resulted in a co-pay. Why? Because preventive care is free for patients with this particular insurance and most insurances practice this. We first scheduled the wrong office and they were kind and patient and were able to fit us in. Everyone was friendly and sweet about the situation. The office was clean and open. We went to the back and it took less than 10 minutes for the doctor to come in. Dr. Hartmann was very kind and answered any questions we had with a smile. We are starting over again with baby number 3 after 13 years so everything seems new to us again. She has been very informative and helpful with every visit we've had.
