After 3 very productive years working at Children's Friend and Family Services in Gloucester I was given a new supervisor who harrassed me on a daily basis, threatened me and got away with firing me 15 minutes after I requested a transfer to another department to get away from her misconduct. I was never given an opportunity to defend myself from her, and the agency never gave me a "reason" for my sudden termination.
