My family is beyond grateful for this ER. We came from another ER room two hours away which was a miserable experience so we were rather hesitant traveling two hours unsure if we were just going to be sent home like the last one. We immediately taken to a room and eventually emitted to the hospital. The Drs were direct and attentive in the ER. They listened to what my child was telling them what was wrong. We brought our 4 year old son to the er for sever stomach pain and constant fever for two weeks I’m writing this as we set her going on 6 hours they took an x-ray looking for pneumonia found nothing just stated looks viral we are still waiting we’ve seen the doctor 2timea in 6 hours the refuse to do and antibiotics and they have for the last two weeks MU is a joke and it’s sad it’s the only place within 45 minutes that specialized in children they need to do better it’s ridiculous

Writing this as I listen to the doctors and nurses talk among themselves about their weekend/week been waiting for over 4 hours. Not busy what so ever. Took them over an hour to give my child pain medicine. And we continue to wait.

I took my 12 year old in for severe stomach pain. They put us in a room right away. We then waited over an hour for pain meds. They took a urine sample and we then waited two hours to be told it wasn't a uti so they didn't know what it could be. We could go home and come back when the pain was really bad again. They said it wasn't their job to diagnose but only to rule out. They ruled out the uti so what more did we want. My child still couldn't sit up correctly because of the pain.
