I just Love Nanci, but I was supposed to be referred to a neurosurgeon in fresno, I gave it 5 days and called the surgeon, they never received a referral (I was on hold for a while as they checked) so I made my own appointment with a PA. I was PROMISED they would mail my disability form out the day I was in there (never been on disability, worked 28 years for the same office) I have a very strong feeling it was not done and if I ask for a copy of my disability form I know they will charge me for that. so disappointed in thei... read more

Nice cool staff but DR she is pretty rude. She is more like I got your money and thank you hurry and get out of here additude lol maybe she likes me.
