My first time reaching out for help in a long time and I was quickly turned away by our counselor Virginia. She only knew us for 30 minutes when she decided she couldn't help us because I homeschool. I'm very passionate about homeschooling my kids and this lady said I was "depriving my kids of learning". She didn't give me a chance to show her our curriculum she only judged that my son's can't read yet. She insisted school would be a solution to the kids behavior. Horrible customer service not helpful at all. If needing assistance DO NOT CALL FOR HELP.
My daughter went here several times and each time the visit was cut short for some reason, or the one full visit she had, the lady had my daughter calling Verizon to help her with her bill. That is not what she was there for and that should have been done before or after our scheduled visit. We found another counselor.
Very caring counselor. I recommend her highly.
