Friendly and helpful
The standard service was fine; timely and no issues. But the cost of the oil change, in my opinion was very high (even with elevated petroleum product costs).
The team and my advisor Ken were fantastic in working to address my warranty issue before it ever became fully faulty. They worked with GM to identify a fix and ordered the parts, worked tirelessly with me to schedule a repair over several weeks until it aligned with my work travel. Couldn't say enough great things about the team. World class customer service.
Service personnel were friendly as usual. Started on time and ended with no surprises. Very efficient.
Excellent customer service as well as quick, prompt and thorough mechanic work.
