I took my Yukon in for electrical and computer issues. Everyone was fine except for the service manager. Ron is an absolute nightmare. He would call me the same days it was dropped off, telling me to come get my vehicle, they couldn’t/ wouldn’t fix it, and they “weren’t aware of the issues” that it was sent in for. They kept pushing me to buy OnStar, and telling me that buying all of the OnStar subscriptions would fix the electrical problems. Took care of my car without an appointment. I was only without the car for one day instead of an entire weekend. Ken was really great and kept me informed with respect to repair and time management.
