One of the least competent medical practices in Hickory. I've been left in the waiting room for an hour past the appointment time that I was early for - no explanation, no rescheduling. I've called to reschedule and been told it can't be done. I've arrived late for an appointment because of my work schedule - this office wouldn't let me reschedule days earlier - and then been turned away. Your time and life means nothing to them. Their billing makes frequent errors. You'll be happier seeking medical attention elsewhere.

I rarely post reviews, however I wanted people to know what a wonderful staff and great Doctor Hirsh are. From the minute you walk in you are greeted and treated like there to help. Doctor Hirsh is very patience and listening to what your saying. I have been going to him for years and I plan on continuing, because I feel like he really cares, which is hard to fine this day and time.

Entire staff is always friendly and professional. Emily (I think is her name) is always very helpful and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Hirsch is amazing. He listens, is very attentive and is very knowledgeable. He also has a wonderful sense of humor. If you are still not convinced... I was recommended by my gynecologist because Dr. Hirsch is HIS doctor!
