I wish I could give this place negative stars. my bill was paid one day and I wfh and they left me without water the whole day and told me that I “had to call maintenance”. after calling them over 3 times and and only AFTER my maintenance man called them they came over and turned my water back on even though my bill was CURRENT. when calling them back to let them know about their unsatisfactory service the lady on the phone had an attitude with me and only kept saying “but your waters on now isn’t it” with no apology or unde... read more
Water leak in grove park, after five hours no water I drive past one guy out watching water run down street , but no one else to be seen . I suppose they have never fixed a leak before .
Repeatedly charged double for bills I already paid. I even received a disconnect notice, in the recent past, for an already paid bill.
