Just a quick couple things. 1. If more than the past due needs to be paid to avoid disconnect, perhaps your online system should align with that. 2. This is a government office in the city the citizens live and pay taxes and the water bill in. We pay your wages with our money. You do not have to be so rude and condescending to someone who isn’t being rude or condescending to you. One more thing. Let me start by saying this is by far the worst run company in the country. They dont maintenence anything, I have to call them every other week bout pumping station , they let water run down culdesak behind my house for 6 months, pitifull
