cheapest materials, worst customer service, worst build quality, worst new construction homes on the market. We bought our home back in april of last year and since then we’ve dealt with: broken door handles, broken door hinges, drywall falling out, pressure issues in the bathroom showers, and now recently our wooden panels on top of our garage have fallen out. Positive buying process but VERY poor on responding to the warranty claims. Bit of trimming fell and hot my tenant who has small children and there has been no urgency to attempt to resolve this.
