The supervisors and case workers need to be trained on how supervisor Elizabeth handles clients concerns, questions and complaints.
It never fails to amaze me how this is a program to help parents yet it doesn’t do any of that. They have caseworkers who do not do their jobs, leaving cases unfinished, and take weeks to reply to emails. Visiting their website, there is no way to communicate with any supervisors who would maybe even attempt to help the situation. As well, going to the office and having the front desk lady reply with “If i’m being honest…” while not giving any good advice and help on how to go on with my case.
