my case worker Julia so far has been amazing and very communicative. The attendance manger is who I personally feels like is rude. It’s a difference between firm and rude and she was rude! She barely let me get a word in during our phone call, and it’s a way to say things and she just came off wrong.
Tisha Williams and supervisor Yvette need customer service training on how to treat clients fairly, kindly & professionally. Supervisor Elizabeth Daniels is extremely caring and professional. Very grateful for the program and we loved Primrose Wylie & enjoy Imagination Station Garland. Only downside is that they do not help you find a job to be able to keep your benefits. Please stop referring clients to TWC. They only provide computers in office to job search. No job placements.
The supervisors and case workers need to be trained on how supervisor Elizabeth handles clients concerns, questions and complaints.
