Child Care Group presents itself as a support system for working parents, but my experience has been the opposite. I first applied when my child was an infant so I could return to work. After waiting nearly one full year, I was finally contacted, only to be given two weeks to select a provider. Unfortunately the system is not set up for single mothers or any one without a village. I alerted them when my son was born I was no longer working because I just gave birth, and have no one to watch him. I can’t afford to pay for my older child’s care so how could I afford a newborn’s? 7 months go by I get a call alerting my son is up on the sibling waitlist. Irma was amazing and helped me so much. I am a first time mother trying to figure out what I am doing when it comes down to federal help but Irma guided me and reassured me :)

Terrible they are disconnecting a lot of care for parents that really need care for their children when needing to work.

We loved attending CCG at Hogg in Dallas! My kids looked forward to going daily and that’s all a big thanks to Ms.Nela who is so sweet and kind and loves children as if they are her own. Thank you so much.
