I have absolutely loved my experience so far. We had a tour with the assistant director and went over the programs for our toddler and newborn. Great hours for working parents and fair pricing! Employees were very welcoming and seemed like they loved what they do. I look forward to working with them in the next few weeks!
I met with Ms.Jill yesterday and she gave me a tour of the child care center and left feeling so much peace of mind. As a mom, it can be hard to imagine leaving your little one in someone else’s care, but the staff that I met here were so kind, patient, and welcoming that it instantly put me at ease. Just want to give a shout out to Miss Alejandra! She made my son Jerald feel so welcomed and comforted when he first started here and he absolutely adores her still! She’s the most thoughtful teacher/daycare provider I’ve met!
Update 8/24/25: Since leaving this review I want to say things have dramatically improved. The former terrible management has been replaced and we are so much happier with how the place is being ran by the new managers. We appreciate that CCN heard our concerns and implemented changes to improve. We are now very happy with the service provided for our 2 year old and can rely on them to take our son Mon-Fri so we can work. Our son seems happier when we pick him up too. Would not recommend your child go to be cared for here . No consistency with the staff. . No communication. Disorganized.
