I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Childcare Network in Pooler, Georgia. My child has attended this center for almost a year, and over that time I have had repeated concerns about cleanliness, communication, supervision, and the way behavioral issues are handled. There have been occasions when my child has come home with soiled clothing or in conditions that I felt were unsanitary. We toured this facility after we had to suddenly pull our children out of another facility due to issues with a teacher, Ms. Jill was very understanding to our situation and was able to fit in our kids very short notice. From the very beginning all of the staff were absolutely amazing to our kids. I cannot thank them enough for helping us through the transition from the other facility that mistreated one of our kids. Went in for a tour today. I visited multiple on today. I must admit, from the time I walked in, I felt a sense of peace. Yes it is a daycare, and kids were being kids. lol… Assistant Director Mrs.Jillian was so informative, reassuring and professional throughout the whole time I was there. Coming from another tour at a previous daycare (Academy) located in Pooler I felt so uneasy. I would like to thank the daycare for the excellent care they provide for my daughter Hannah. It is a place full of warmth and trust. Special thanks to teachers Alejandra and Jennifer for their kindness, patience, and dedication. Thanks to them, Hannah feels happy and safe, and we as parents feel very at ease. Highly recommended!
Not only CN is this working mom’s best friend (seriously) since we’ve been at the pooler location, Mrs Reed and current staff have made the transition a breeze! Everyone is so welcoming and vibrant. They’re always attentive to any of my husband and I’s concerns with a constant open line of communication.
