There is so much to say about this place. Been coming here since 2020. And I have to say it. Right before summer last year they had a switch in directors and who would have thought the change would be so great! If you’ve been here before and didn’t like it you would feel a different now. I scheduled a tour today. The gentleman who assisted me put me on hold and called the facility to confirm a time. We confirmed a time and when I showed up, no one answered the door. There’s a phone number on the door, so I called. The lady told me I need to reschedule. I told her no because this exact experience happened to me before with this place. Our daughter has been attending Childcare Network since December 2024, and while I had some initial concerns during the first few months, everything has improved significantly since then. A new infant teacher was hired, and when Ms. Kyla took over, the change has been nothing short of wonderful. Ms. Amara in the infant room is incredibly attentive and caring. My sons went here from August 2024-June 2025. Mrs. Kyla, Mrs. Brenda, Ms. Jimena and Ms. Jesarela are gems. Your kids are in good hands with them and my kids were happy. We only left because we moved.
I requested information online back in 2021, they are now texting me to let me know they can help... They've texted me all day today from 6 different number. I'm sure its an automated text but how can I get it to stop?
