My son and I have had a wonderful experience at this facility. The director Kyla is great she is involved with all the children not just sitting at a desk. Miss J always on time every morning you can count on her and always smiling. Miss Jess is great with the kids playful and sweet, my son always smiles when he sees her. A great atmosphere for growing, learning and loving care.
If I could give this daycare zero stars, I would. I am honestly horrified by the repeated health and safety issues my children experienced while under this facility’s care. My children were exposed to RSV, my infant was given the WRONG formula which caused diarrhea and a severe ongoing rash, and my toddler repeatedly came home covered in bug bites. There is so much to say about this place. Been coming here since 2020. And I have to say it. Right before summer last year they had a switch in directors and who would have thought the change would be so great! If you’ve been here before and didn’t like it you would feel a different now. I scheduled a tour today. The gentleman who assisted me put me on hold and called the facility to confirm a time. We confirmed a time and when I showed up, no one answered the door. There’s a phone number on the door, so I called. The lady told me I need to reschedule. I told her no because this exact experience happened to me before with this place.
