I went on an impromptu visit to see this child care. The facility was very clean but the infant room just inside the door next to the front desk.....had many babies (I counted over 10 babies) in cribs that were crying. Several were screaming as if they were in extreme distress. The lady at the front desk was focused on her lunch. I looked through the window and there was only one young woman sitting on the floor texting on the phone. Some of those children looked like they were in distress.
