VERY DISAPPOINTED! My child came home nearly every day with bruises, scratches, bites, etc. The director (Heather) would say she was changing things but the teachers would tell me she never changed anything. They skipped her medications, made her sleep on things unsuitable for her age, rarely changed her, etc. I sent a complaint to the corporate office and NEVER got a response from them. They were always switching (hiring/firing) teachers so my child never got use to one. The ones that did stay were still in High School and ... read more
I cannot say enough good things about Childcare Network in Hamburg. My older son has attended the school since he was 12 weeks old - he is now almost 4! The facility is well ran and always very clean. The staff has become family. They love my kids and treat them as if they were their own. My older son has learned so much over the years and will be fully prepared when it is time to start kindergarten. It is such a warm and loving environment.
Our 4 year old son and 15 month old daughter have both thrived since our move to Wee School! Our 4 year old is engaged and challenged in his class. His behavior is wonderful! Our 16 month old is so happy to be in her class, that when it is time for her to be picked up, she doesn't want to leave! Thank you Wee School Wilson Daniel & Bridget Reno
We love our center we are at! My daughter Brooklyn comes home every night telling her daddy and I what ms Tanya has taught her for the day!
This business is run very unprofessional. One of the managers kids runs the halls constantly. Always a lot of teacher turnover and constant drama with office managers.
It seems to be a really great place. My nephew's will be attending and it is a very clean and friendly place
My son started here a little under a year ago and I am beyond impressed with how much he has learned and how independent he has become. The staff/teachers are amazing! I highly recommend Childcare Network Matthews :)
My son attended this school for a couple of months part-time in the toddler class. It was our first daycare experience and we didn't know what to expect. The classrooms weren't very clean (we realized how bad it was when we looked at other schools.) The "teacher" he had was woefully inadequate. He came home dirty every single day. My 10 year old son attended the after school program at childcare network. The after school program does not separate the kids by ages so the kindergarten children through 5th grade children are all in the same small room. The after school teacher is great, but she is not given the tools she needs to run a successful program. I had to pull my son out of the program before the school year ended because my son had trouble getting along with all the kindergarteners.
