I’ve worked with many therapists from Child Sense and highly recommend them all. As a preschool teacher I’ve worked with them professionally to support children in my class and have found therapists from Child Sense to be the most thoughtful, practical and child centred of all the different OT’s I’ve worked with. Such a respect and kind people working behind, I got a good and a clear answer about my questions.
Very poor communication with clients. OT didn't respond to our texts and emails most of the time - updated us only once despite doing a few sessions. School tried to work with them but had the same problem.
I highly recommend this clinic for the outstanding service and commitment provided to my son. We were lucky enough to find Childsense and have had nothing but leaps and gains since we joined, all the therapists are great and personalise every session for the kids so that they can work closely on their goals and help establish new ones to reach. Aaron and the team have been amazing, from their relationship with our son to always thoughtfully answering ALL our questions. As parents you sometimes feel a little lost and unsure of what to do so it's incredibly important to have strong advocates for your child whilst also supporting and guiding you. The whole team is fantastic and I couldn't recommend more highly!
