My first experience at using a CPA. It was very helpful to have someone handle the difficult tax regulations in preparing my returns. What was lacking for me was not getting clear expectations about how as a new S corps the filings went. I didn’t care much for poor customer service when trying to explain a billing matter I was confused about and someone talking over me before I could finish my thought. I have used child and Richards CPAs and advisors for the last 2 years on hip on my taxes. They are absolutely phenomenal! Honestly I would be totally lost without their help. I work three jobs and have a massage business to boot, but they have helped me come out on top of it every single time! I have worked with Angie and could not recommend her enough. She is kind and patient in explaining things, and clearly knows her work! I highly recommend these guys to anyone!
