I have used child and Richards CPAs and advisors for the last 2 years on hip on my taxes. They are absolutely phenomenal! Honestly I would be totally lost without their help. I work three jobs and have a massage business to boot, but they have helped me come out on top of it every single time! I have worked with Angie and could not recommend her enough. She is kind and patient in explaining things, and clearly knows her work! I highly recommend these guys to anyone!
In short, the best in Legal, CPA advice and in work product.
My mom has gotten her taxes done here for a couple years now. They treat her like garbage. These people are rude and don’t know what they are doing. They have poor communication within their office because they keep telling her one thing and she will call back and they will tell her something else.
I had heard such wonderful things about this place. I was working with Chandra and she gave me wrong information and then proceeded not to even acknowledge it. It is all captured in email. I tried repeatedly to speak with the owners and others in regards to billing. I paid half of it but I wanted to talk about the rest due to the issues and the tax preparation.
