It is impossible to get refills her, when you need medical records it is impossible and when you go into this facility they are rude and unprofessional, for some reason they are never able to help you with what you need and send you back and forth even though they could have helped. Children having seizures is a very serious thing and you would think that Washington university pediatrics Nerology would understand that but they make it very very very harder.
Called to get a refill on seizure medications because I didn't have refills and told that they don't do that after hours. I would think that the thought of a child not having his medications and risking him having a seizure would be enough to warrant this courtesy but clearly quality patient care is not a priority for this practice. Will be looking for someone new.
