Dr Boeck, has always given us his undivided attention, he is thorough, informative, gives insight & advice to my specific questions, patient needs, diagnostics and suggestions
Extremely DISAPPOINTED with our experience. We called CNCA to say we were going to be late and they assured me that they have a 15-minute grace period. We arrived 10 mins late and DIANA (the receptionist at CNCA Cedar Park) cancelled our appointment and now we have to wait another 6 months for the next appointment. There was no effort to accommodate us or offer an alternative solution. This reflects poorly on the office’s professionalism and respect for patients’ time.
Dr Elton is an awesome doctor. She has been working with my son for the past 2 years and within those two years we have always had clear communication about what route we should be taking with my son, any concerns, and all positive feedback when she hears and sees how my child has evolved in those couple of years. Her expertise has blessed me but more importantly the child development of my son. We had a wonderful visit with Dr. Elton. She provided me with valuable resources and a clear game plan—something I’ve been searching for over the past two years. It’s truly life-changing to finally find a doctor who gives real answers instead of leaving me stuck in uncertainty. I’m genuinely looking forward to our next appointment with her.She is the only neurologist I have met in Texas that is actually helping neurodivergent kiddos.
Dr. Boeck was an excellent listener and very thorough. He took time to understand both the small and big details of our child’s situation and recommended testing options tailored to him. We felt very supported. We know our child is in good hands. We can’t recommend him enough.
