Dr. Grossman leaves a lot to be desired in terms of bedside manner. He can be rude, dismissive, lacks empathy or even sympathy. With that said, he clearly knows these areas of pediatric Neurology surrounding ADHD and Autism. He is also pro medication to the point he pushes it on you. Is he smart? Yes. Is he kind? Pushes medication.. No empathy. Dr. pretty much gave me the prescription and said give this medicine to my son indefinitely and walked out. He saw my eyes watery and no words. Worst feeling as a mom that is already going through it with a son with autism.
I’ve been trying to get my son‘s medical records from this doctor, sending several messages via his website and he is not responding. I moved to another state and I need my son’s medical records from this doctor my sons referring doctor, Dr. Maria Rodriguez has requested the medical records. Absolutely the most amazing neurologist! I’ve never seen so many ridiculous reviews in my life on a man with such dedication and love for his work. I have been going to him for 15+ years. He is the most thorough doctor I have ever encountered and he extremely personable.
Dr. Grossman was great. Informative and insightful. His front desk staff left much to be desired. Too busy holding personal conversations on her mobile phone.
