Amazing! 100/5 stars. I recently got my diagnosis here and couldn't be happier with the friendly and helpful staff, while I waited 8 months for my assessment date. They were very helpful and responded in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend coming here. Shoutout to Tania, Jacqueline and Felicity ! You guys are awesome.
Could not recommend this amazing practice enough, consisting of the most competent specialists. They go above and beyond to not onky support your child but also the family as a whole. To feel supported when you are at your most vulnerable and facing a lifelong diagnosis for your child is an experience every family should have. Thankyou Child Matters for your support, kindness, understanding and patience, you should be proud of the practice that you run
it doesn't feel like my teen matters, when we are told there is availability but after an intake assessment told that there is not. I'm sorry my daughters issues were not worthy of your time perhaps having a proper explanation from someone who had a clue would have helped me understand why this was the case. and maybe when children's mental health is at stake a suggestion of alternatives would be appropriate in this situation.
