everyone is sooo nice and helpful!
Had sessions through here multiple times. Every time I got used to a therapist they would end up quitting abruptly. Something serious must be going on making their employees leave. Not reliable at all. Felica was great and I wish her well on her new job.
Went here on two separate occasions years ago as a child. My first therapist was nice and helpful, the second time I went about 5 years later it didn’t go as well. The guy wasn’t a jerk or anything but it wasn’t a good fit. I remember the staff being fairly nice though, but I haven’t been here in 5 years.
They call me two times a day, every day, to reschedule our appointments. After 8 calls I told them I’m no longer interested in their services. The receptionist sounds drunk every time she calls.
Had an intake appointment in March 2022, called to see when my son can be seen by someone and never received a call back. Today on June 23rd his dad receives a letter stating that he had an intake appointment and to call to further discuss his mental health. Very unprofessional and no help to my child. Seems like they don’t want to help anyone.
