I went to Child Guidance starting in 2016 - 2018. Ms. Caren and Ms. Carol were awesome counselors! (They no longer work here) Carol moved, and Caren went on to the Jax Beach location. It really sucked when I had to switch. I got a new counselor, (Can't remember her name) that was nothing like Caren or Carol, so we left. We got tired of all the switching. Thinking about seeking help here? I'd say go for it.
I would like to talk about my experience with my son and in this location it was actually one of the worst experiences I have had for my son and I don't think I would recommend it to anyone else especially with the therapist. She takes things very personally, she is not at all understanding I would not recommend it to anyone, ever. They are not professional at all.
