We attended our first appointment this evening and the therapist Evelina was 10 mins late. When I queried this, she told me it was part of the job and that it happens, and also complained of having seen 9 clients that day already. We waited 4 weeks to see someone and now have to start the process all over. It's not just grossly unprofessional, it has actually left myself and my daughter very upset and disappointed.
