I did not have a good experience here. It was very stressful to book an appointment for couple counselling. I started since November 2024 and nobody was helping matters. Everything seemed disorganized. I literally had to go there everyday asking questions. When I finally go the chance to schedule an appointment January 2025 (thanks to Katylen). Started October of 2022. They said we were on the list. Then July 2023 We were called and went through 2 intakes for both of our kids. No call for 1-2 months. I called because after the intake they were going to find a couselor to assign then to. When I called back was told we were on the list. If you need help look elsewhere.

Everyone here is fantastic!! Has helped our little one begin to thrive just on the first time here. She loves her play room and her Tara. Then, we have Miss Cathy, who makes all of us feel welcomed. Miss Cathy is who i first met via phone call and from that conversation with her I felt comfortable coming here. Have never doubted anyone because we see the changes. I recommend CFRC to everyone. We are very grateful.

I absolutely love CFRC. From intake, and throughout sessions. Everyone is cordial and really seem to care about mine and my child’s needs. The team definitely goes above and beyond. This resource is definitely a Texas community treasure.
