Came here for my self and my son. Staff was nice. But once we got to being fitted for glasses, the lady seemed lost. Then over the next couple months I would call for my prescription. Due to HIPPA they can’t print and email it. So they claim. They have to send it through a secure text. 2 months of trying and still no prescription. Then they argue they can’t send the secure link over email. So, if you go be mindful of getting help from them outside of the office.

Eye exam was very thorough. The dispensary technician was very helpful. Ordering new glasses was a breeze.
Dr. Wagner is always professional and kind. He's also very thorough.
