Dr Kashyap - amaing! Tatum on reception - amazing! 6 month wait (not surprising or unexpected) DEFINITELY worth the wait. The whole process has been smooth. It was a long day, but we got the answers we needed. My daughter LOVED Dr Kashyap. I have a telehealth scheduled next week to go through the ins and outs of medication, and it was easy to schedule. ( update : manager called me and explained what’s been happening and clarified on my confusion . Efficient follow up from customer service , at least they treat each patient with respect and seriously ) Waited 6 months for an appointment and saw doctor , diagnosed with adhd for kid . However , no reply from Doctor after that on any enquiries . The clinic nurses do not know what they are referring to , every email comes with a different date and different test needed . I found Dr Knebel to be unprofessionally negligent if her duties and responsibilities. She ignored important history and communications. She ignored the relevance of her own recommendations and that they were not being adhered to. She ignored genetic food intolerance diagnosis. She ignored letters requesting basic information. She ignored that the childs living arrangement contribute to the presented symptoms. She pushed for medication anyway without my consent.
