Dr Kashyap - amaing! Tatum on reception - amazing! 6 month wait (not surprising or unexpected) DEFINITELY worth the wait. The whole process has been smooth. It was a long day, but we got the answers we needed. My daughter LOVED Dr Kashyap. I have a telehealth scheduled next week to go through the ins and outs of medication, and it was easy to schedule. ( update : manager called me and explained what’s been happening and clarified on my confusion . Efficient follow up from customer service , at least they treat each patient with respect and seriously ) Waited 6 months for an appointment and saw doctor , diagnosed with adhd for kid . However , no reply from Doctor after that on any enquiries . The clinic nurses do not know what they are referring to , every email comes with a different date and different test needed .
