I am telling you now the patient liaison officer WILL NOT HELP if it's got qld health attached to it expect substandard care . Nurses are some of the worst . Yes there are good ones but you got to look very hard to find one . All in all a total s show

horrific place, they took my off my meds with zero weening and I fell into a major depressive episode in which i attempted suicide. After the attempt they told me they couldn’t help me and left me with 0 resources
These people are the reason we have such a high suicide rate in Australia.

I'm sorry you take it seriously I have already reached out to you guys all I was your supervisor reach out couldn't keep his word still waiting for his callback which has been about 3months since he said he would call. First contact could help at all video surveillance has apparently been deleted and couldn't even tell me as I had concerns of breach of my privacy but if there was a breach he couldn't tell me.
