I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experiences attending the centre, as unfortunately it has been quite disappointing compared to the Kingston and Sorell centres I’ve visited. On my first visit, no one greeted me and I had to ask for the paperwork to complete myself. I explained it was my first time attending, however I wasn’t offered a tour or given any information about the services or programs the centre offers. The staff are amazing. Everyday they run a different program. Brilliant place for 0-5 year olds.
Today was Austin's first visit to this center, and we had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, assisting us with the registration process and even offering me a cup of coffee. The center is filled with a variety of clean toys and features an outdoor play area that Austin thoroughly enjoyed. We shared toast together, listened to stories, and sang songs. It's a fantastic place for children to play and for parents to relax. Highly recommend!
