Caitlin and Meredith if I were you, personally, I’d quit because according to the front desk lady (overweight, old & blonde) you guys can’t do your job, they need to ring a “cow bell” in your ears to get you to listen, and you have over 50 booking request emails that you need to open. I only know this because I had to sit in the waiting room and listen to the receptionists personal phone call where she complained about you for almost 30 minutes, because she didn’t tell the audiologist I was there. The most beautiful service one can ever have specially for the first time mums who are away from their families. Staff is very kind and empathetic. Take time to understand the problem and provide relevant solution or advice. They listen and try to help in every possible way. Provide the additional resources for help and support. And like they say they are always there to help and we can call them anytime we need help. Amazing service, very happy with it
The Nurse was unqualified to diagnose my child After 40mins she said my 3 yr old had early stages autism but in reality he was just tired n needed his arvo sleep. I'm quite certain she isn't even a mother as she had no intentions to stop her repetitive information for us to cope with an irritable child.
