Went in to take my son to be checked out and ended up leaving with my son more traumatized than before we went in, was accused instead of helped and wasn’t even allowed to talk but instead was constantly interrupted and blamed, that’s not a team, that’s an interrogation with no room to be helped only blamed and accused with absolutely no proof only assumptions after only meeting you for less than an hour, would never recommend coming here, find a different place that will actually care for your child and hear you out. I was hoping to find some resolution for my daughter here. She is child with a history of being traumatized and is often uncooperative. We were greeted so coldly by the receptionist and nurse that is was shocking. My daughter did not respond well to this and refused to be interviewed. I was told because she would not cooperate, they will not interview her.
