I was hoping to find some resolution for my daughter here. She is child with a history of being traumatized and is often uncooperative. We were greeted so coldly by the receptionist and nurse that is was shocking. My daughter did not respond well to this and refused to be interviewed. I was told because she would not cooperate, they will not interview her.
