This company was the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. From the very beginning, I informed Marile, the owner/recipient, about my health insurance. Despite knowing they didn’t accept it, she wasted my time by proceeding as if everything was fine. They waited until all the paperwork was completed, sent to the school, and approved before notifying me that I would need to switch companies because they couldn’t continue after 10 days of service.
