The fact that they close the office from 12pm to 1pm is not a problem and everyone deserves that time. But when your running a medical office or business your not suppose to turn off your phone before time. I called at 11:54 am and the phones kept going to the answering service. So I waited to call after 1pm. I called every minute from 1:00pm to 1:10 pm and the phones were still off. I then called at 1:15pm and the guy who answered the phone told me to hold. I was holding on the line for 20 mins. This is horrible.
