If only when people sought help they were heard and not invalidated, supported not judged, understood not shamed. If only the whole truths were told and not bias forming one's. Imagine a mental health service being part of the solution and not the trauma. If apologies were to be written for all the times the people working here were wrong, there would be no time left. My heart has broken far too many times from CAHMS stories. Far too many.
