I love my doctor here. However, CentraCare Plaza has gone downhill fast. Specifically with their shady billing practices and financial assistance program(s). I have never experienced such shady practices in healthcare. I have moved more than half of the care from CentraCare to new locations. Please read all your bills closely, and speak up for yourself. The girls in it are absolutely amazing. I always feel so welcomed I feel like I'm in a safe clean environment. It's just always a pleasant visit at the centra Care plaza! Highly recommend them for your occupational therapy needs along with any other health care you may need. They are my main providers.
THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE THAN ONE EMERGENCY ROOM IN AN AREA THAT HAS 200K PEOPLE. CENTRACARE IS A JOKE!! DRIVE TO BUFFALO OR MONTICELLO, ANY PLACE OTHER THAN THE ST CLOUD HOSP. CENTRA CARE IS A JOKE! GREAT EMPLOYEES BUT.. COME ON! WE NEED MORE OPTIONS!!
Wonderful doctors & nurses!! I had a hip Arthroscopy done & the team I had was absolutely wonderful. Even in the operating room, everyone made sure I was ok & comfortable. I can’t say it enough how nice everyone was. Highly recommend this place for orthopedic surgery!
Absolute joke of a healthcare entity but anyone that is stuck using this healthcare monopoly already knows that!
