Was doing ok at the beginning. Then went all back to where it was the first time I tried having my son seen. Changing Med Check Dr's, changing counslors on him, all the same as before. Then they dropped him over a balance that had been discussed numerous times. Dropped his services even though he needed his meds. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Very horrible with communication. They threaten all the time to close my child's case and put her in immediate danger. They tell my child I have to write a note to them. They cause trouble between parent and child. So I called In and requested everything in writing and they sent me a letter saying they could not and would not communicate in writing. And gave three working days to figure it out. They know she is suicidal, and playing head games with her.

Really poor communication from the counselor to us. To get an update I would have to call the counselor. I was never asked how home was going or given any indication of basic topics that were discussed by the counselor. More than 1/2 of the time in a session was spent watching videos about feelings. Many appointments canceled by the counselor. We moved services and have seen such an improvement in our child! I feel bad for parents who can’t get their child to better care and who feel they have to use this service.
