My daughter, a young professional who lives and works in the ****** area, purchased a new vehicle from this dealership this week. We are repeat customers of ******** of Natick and we are very big fans of the ******** brand. My daughter worked with ***********************, who is a fantastic salesperson and a true gentleman. I bought a 2017 *** *** **** Herb Chambers of Natick, a ******** **** dealership in the middle of December. I paid in full the next day with a bank check, 12/13/16 and also brought my title for the trade and signed in good faith to expedite the process. They said 7-10 business days I would have my refund check in the mail. I still do not have re-imbursement for the trade, $19,530.
