Currently waiting for my annual checkup... I got there at the appropriate 15/20 min early and signed in. Then waited an hour before coming back, I get they can be busy. They took my blood pressure and the usual got undressed and now have been here for 2 hours total still waiting to see the doctor, freezing my ass off in nothing but the gown... help Update: only after I MYSELF opened the door and asked what the wait time was going to be did they say "I was next" conveniently.... in the end I waited 2 hours for a 2-minute swab... read more
This office has significantly declined ever since the downgrade. During my daughter’s appointment, they saw my 14-year-old without discussing anything with me, which is unacceptable. When I reached out the next day for clarification, they cited HIPAA to withhold information. While they scheduled a phone call with me, they failed to follow through. As a result, I had to take time away from my other children just to return to the office for my minor to sign a HIPAA form. I was then made to wait for a provider who was on lunch ... read more
2 of my children were delivered by Dr. Obianwu's team of medical professionals. I have been going to this practice for close to 10 years and do NOT wish to ever leave. His team is the best!!!
Dr. Obianwu is kind and capable physician and this is the only good thing I have to say about this practice-he gets the star (even though he is over-scheduled severely), but the office is a complete mess. Do not come here unless you just need your yearly check up and do not need any medication refills (you will not get your refills, the office and especially prescription line are completely incompetent).
