Unfortunately I Just left this practice, hoping Dr. O team will be the team to care for me during my pregnancy but there were too many hiccups. Dr. O is a very knowledgeable doctor. However, I believe there are too many patients, and the flow of the team is not structured. There are too many issues with receiving medications, Drs not following up on patients concerns and care, and overall patient care. This was my first time going to any OBGYN in generally and I had such a horrible experience. Dr. Chantel Smith, was uninterested and very passive. I had explained prior that I was a virgin, and this was my firs time. She did explain what will happen and everything and she also said there would be lubricant before insert. most definetly there was NO lubricant and I had immense pain.
