Superbly rude and unfriendly. I simply walked into the store to inquire about obtaining wood for my high school students' guitar boxes they were designing. An middle aged, Caucasian male, who refused to shake my hand when I introduced myself, simply stated, "The store is in Manhattan." He then walked away and ignored my presence. He didn't offer any information about where the store was or who I could contact. I would about all business with such miserably pretentious staff.
