16 months ago, I was diagnosed with a large dermoid cyst on my brain that had been there since before I was born 53 years ago. Scary stuff. I did my research and found Dr. Chih-Ta Lin. I chose him because he used to be a concert pianist. I thought “this is my guy!!!” In our first meeting, I did not care for him. I found him to cold and objective. Dr. Lin is a phenomenal neurosurgeon and care provider. When my dad needed spinal surgery, I was very apprehensive. We spoke with several neurosurgeons, and our experience with Dr. Lin was lightyears beyond our experiences with other surgeons. Dr. Bryant-Greenwood is one of the most compassionate doctors I’ve ever experienced. During my visit she took the time to listen to my concerns and offered valuable feedback. I trusted her professional expertise and advice, and left my visit feeling confident in her care.
I saw Dr. Lin after being in pain for nearly six months due to a herniated disc, which caused nerve impingement bilaterally. I couldn't sleep at night, walk, perform my job or ordinary house tasks. After trying injections at a different facility, which ultimately failed and made things worse, we discussed the option of surgery. Dr. Lin had wonderful bedside manner and answered all of my questions. I'm pain free after surgery and am finally getting my life back! He is awesome and I would definitely recommend Dr. Lin.
