The best blowout! Ryan is great for blowouts--the best I've had anywhere and that includes the Beverly Hills celebrity stylists that I've been to. He uses a technique that I haven't seen before. I have thick hair and long layers that can look bulky, but he makes it look sleek and "piecey". My hair looks photo shoot--ready when he is finished with it. He also does very nice highlights.
Chanel Love love love Ruthie. She is so cute and sweet. Very professional and always always leaves me feeling like a million bucks. She works wonders with my hair every single time. Ruthie has done my hair for 5 yrs and never has she disappointed me. She is a must see.
Thanks for helping me tame my mane! Let me start by saying, I have unmanageable frizzy curly hair. When I went to see Ryan, I had no shape to my hair, it looked dull and lacked style of any kind. Nora is the best I love the way Nora cuts and styles my hair. She is very talented and really knows what she's doing. The last time I was there, she did Brazilian Blow Out and I couldn't believe how nice my hair looked. It's been two months and my hair still looks straight. I love it and will keep going to Nora.
Uninterested and rushed. Ryan did not give me what I wanted. Am NOT pleased. I called to schedule an appointment and luckily they could fit me in the same day, but I had to be there within 40 minutes. I think there was one stylist trying to make an extra few bucks by squeezing me in. He seemed rushed and a little nervous. Fair Opinion--Ryan not that great This is my first review and I want to be objective. My usual hair stylist is an hour away and one day I just wanted to go somewhere nearby for a trim. I work around Pasadena and had seen the salon before. It looks cute enough--chic and airy. I got Ryan as a stylist--nice enough guy. Super Friendly, but Bad Hair Experience I called and made a same-day appointment on a Saturday and ended up with Arlette. She was such a friendly person, but I was really disappointed with my results. I got highlights for the first time, and told her that I wanted something very subtle in addition to shaping my bangs. She ended up cutting my bangs very thick and blunt and my highlights weren't so subtle. Won't go back.... The owner used to cut my hair, until I realized that I felt very stressed out because she was so busy micro-managing the salon- and not paying much attention to my hair or the new assistant trying to get my color right. I won't be back.
I cry every day because my hair is falling out/ READ ME FINE HAIR Hi, I am new to Pasadena and I have had a very bad experience with this Salon. I have very fine hair and if you PUT BLEACH on it you will fry it. That is just what happened to me when I went to see Natalie.
