Our house flooded in 2023 with Hurricane Idalia. Then in 2024, we flooded again, but even worse. The contractor we hired after Idalia was horrible, so we were nervous about hiring a contractor again. But Chiger Construction was the best decision we could have made! From the bidding process, to the rebuilding, they have been top notch. The team at Chiger Construction did a fabulous job of remodeling our villa!! Chris and Ed are incredibly responsive and were on top of the project every step of the way. They make certain that the job is not complete until you are 100% satisfied. We have already contracted with them for another job and will not hesitate to use them again for any future construction or remodeling projects!! Highly recommended.

Chiger Construction did a bathroom remodel for me. The communication was excellent throughout the project. If I had questions, they were answered with a call. The quality of the work was amazing. From the demo to plumbing to job completion, everything was great. I would definitely do business with them again, and would recommend them to anyone seeking a building project big or small.
