The Chiger Construction family did an amazing job in communication, pricing, and resources for our new addition. They also answered questions thoroughly and kindly. They are knowledgable in their craft and have an amazing passion for this line of work. They ensure excellence, and expect excellence from all the contracted companies they work with. If the something is not up to the Chiger standard, it will be redone. Nothing is missed under their eyes.

I worked with Ed and his selected professionals to renovate my kitchen. My expectations were already high, but they easily exceeded them. From help designing my kitchen all the way to installing, this process was PAINLESS. I was dreading this for months and Chiger Construction proved to me that I didn’t have a thing to worry about. Chiger construction was the only one I trusted to execute the architectural drawings for my elevator. The Chiger Team was accurate, precise, and on time. Their pre-assessment, execution and follow-up kept me appraised of progress, status of materials, and readiness for inspection. Ed & Gary made a great team staying tuned into my concerns and providing as-we-go-updates. I had a plumbing leak at my home that required extensive repairs to my bedroom, bath, and closet. They had to replace my Sheetrock, flooring, some insulation, and reinstall my plumbing fixture. They were organized, capable, communicative, and were also polite and understanding. I highly recommend Chiger for any rehab/renovation needs!
