We worked with Steve at Chiger Construction for a massive renovation job after an oak tree came through our roof during Hurricane Milton, which resulted in damage across three rooms of our home. Our house flooded in 2023 with Hurricane Idalia. Then in 2024, we flooded again, but even worse. The contractor we hired after Idalia was horrible, so we were nervous about hiring a contractor again. But Chiger Construction was the best decision we could have made! From the bidding process, to the rebuilding, they have been top notch. The team at Chiger Construction did a fabulous job of remodeling our villa!! Chris and Ed are incredibly responsive and were on top of the project every step of the way. They make certain that the job is not complete until you are 100% satisfied. We have already contracted with them for another job and will not hesitate to use them again for any future construction or remodeling projects!! Highly recommended.
