The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the new space looks incredible. The crew was respectful, clean, and finished on schedule. Our house flooded in 2023 with Hurricane Idalia. Then in 2024, we flooded again, but even worse. The contractor we hired after Idalia was horrible, so we were nervous about hiring a contractor again. The team at Chiger Construction did a fabulous job of remodeling our villa!! Chris and Ed are incredibly responsive and were on top of the project every step of the way. They make certain that the job is not complete until you are 100% satisfied. We have already contracted with them for another job and will not hesitate to use them again for any future construction or remodeling projects!! Highly recommended.
