This property management has been an absolute nightmare! They are so unprofessional, and inconsiderate. They shut off the water without any warning until after the fact, which at that point I already noticed its off since I have no running water which it is so inconsiderate. The previous manger allowed tenants to put gravel, or cement to allow 1 more vehicle to park in the driveway's now the new manager woke up one day, and decided that the gravel/cement had to be removed. If you ever think about moving here, DONT the manager is a sick money greedy person. She picks and chooses who to give fines, for example her rules only imply on certain people and doesn’t fine others who are obviously breaking her rules. One of her rules talk about having too many plants are NOT allowed but ive seen a resident with an overwhelming amount of plants and she hasn’t given her a fine!! Do NOT bother moving here new investors took over a few years ago and made it worse - higher rent increase every year, their reasons are cause they saw a couple surrounding lots had also increased their prices - they took away the kid's play ground - penalty charges for the smallest things as if the place were an HOA - cracked streets that get the bare minimum in repair till it brakes again after a few months - water meters have been broken for over a year so they charge you a ridiculous amount of water and sewage that you m... read more
