Eric & team were great! Efficient, accommodating & kept us informed and updated throughout the process. They packed items with care and delivered on time as well. Bonus that they will pick up empty boxes and paper too!
I would think twice before using this company. All my furniture received damaged and they denied it. They're clever because any damage they caused they annotated as having it before which is an absolute lie. They did not wrap my furniture in paper or any blankets prior to removing it from the apartment they did that downstairs after they caused damaged to it. From Erin & Ginny in the office to Dave, Michael, &Tim on the truck customer service is number one with this company. On moving day all of our 3 bedroom house was on the truck in 2 1/2 hours. All of our belongings will arrive at our house 1000 miles away in 4 days. They have done a great job.

The 7 or 8 people from Chieftain that we worked with were all friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Our move was a pretty big job, but they handled it perfectly. Our belongings arrived in good shape. I would highly recommend Chieftain Van Lines to anyone that is moving.
We were extremely pleased with our movers. They arrived at the designated time and were quick, careful and efficient. The crew was very courteous and willing to go the extra mile as things came up. We have used Chieftan for various moves over the last 40 years. I highly recommend Chieftan if you do not plan on doing the move yourself.

Erin Dudley of Chieftain has repeatedly gone far beyond the call of duty to help, during difficult times as I put items there when my parents passed away and again when by wonderful serendipidy I managed to find my mother's 1937 Studebaker a home in a museum. Erin has been consistently warm and amazingly helpful throughout, doing things I would have had to fly half way around the world to accomplish each time.
Very professional crew. Work was done quickly with minimal issues for us to deal with. Will use them again in the future if need arises.
