Hi, I had an interesting situation there at your facility today. I was having my computer worked on next-door and I'm always looking at gyms as I’m always looking for the “next big thing”. I've trained all over the world so have literally been to hundreds of gyms. I've been lifting weight since I was 11 and I'm 48 now. To avoid the barrage of emails and calls I said I was not “buying anything” and that I wanted to simply check it out. Keep towels in your locker room… I shouldn’t have to walk back to the front desk after I finish my workout. A worker told me they started keeping them upfront so that they are “fresh.” That makes zero sense. This is a premium gym with a premium price. Make it worth my money guys.
I’ve been a member at Chiefs Fit for a long time, which makes this experience especially disappointing. During my most recent visit, I was treated in a way that made me extremely uncomfortable and ultimately led me to cancel my membership. Because my job role is an online coach, the general manager made the assumption that I was coaching or training friends in the facility.
