i have actively been trying to get a job placement through chief of staff for two months. communication is not there. i’ve had 3 of the same phone calls going through my job history and background just for them to say they’ll be in contact and they never end up calling back.
Had a great phone interview.. met virtually with Erica and then NEVER heard back. Sent a follow up email and never got a response. We had a great discussion and she gave some really good tips and mentioned jobs out there, told me what to focus on and to reach out to her. What a waste of time. I would have preferred transparency of some kind, but reading through some reviews, I now realize I’m not the only one. Do yourself a favor and just try looking yourself, don’t waste your time/energy reaching out to them.

My experience with Chief of Staff Kansas City has been great! My first contact was Nic Cover, he has been wonderful to work with, his communication was consistent. He listened to me and knew what type of position I was looking for and how far I was willing to drive. He checked in with me regularly as I was looking for a job that was a good fit and fortunately my situation was one that I did not need to accept the first job offered.
