I'm disappointed that I haven't received the level of service that others have. I've contacted chief of staff three times over the last 8 months. The first time led nowhere, the second time I had a 30 minute chat with a recruiter and unfortunately, I haven't heard from him since. I reached back out a third time through their website, and sadly I've received no response again. Got in touch with Chief of Staff when I was stuck in a serious "dry-spell" on the job market. COS managed to cut through the noise and quickly get me connected with a great company that I now work for! I had the pleasure of working with Coley(Nicole) and Reed. Coley was amazing! She was super responsive and very proactive. She helped me land the job of my dreams. Reed was great as well. He helped to prep me before each round of my interviews. I pray I don’t have to job hunt any time soon, but if the time ever comes, I’ll be reaching out to Chief of Staff first.
