Charged way toomuch for putting some wires on muffler.... Chief doesn't do that. Regret dealing with them. We are travelling with 4 young kids, and waited in his office for less than an hour when his mechanic decided to charge us for 1.5 hours, without a quote or estimate upfront. They put hey wires on my muffler. I already had hey wires when I arrived at the shop. Nach dem dempster hwy benötigten wir neue Reifen. Bei chief Isaac mechanical wurde uns sofort geholfen. John hat uns jetzt die richtigen Reifen für gravel roads montiert. Bitte fahrt hin, alle sind sehr freundlich, aber vorallem kompetent.

Sean and James really went the extra mile...don't let Sean's gruff exterior fool you....he was so kind. We were in a 37ft diesel RV. We lost a water pump and belt that nobody had in stock. They moved heaven and earth to get us back on the road....several glitches and hiccups that they were able to do work arounds and got us going after three days (holiday weekend Canada Day) Praying that they prosper and are blessed as they blessed us. 4 generations/ 8 people from 91-11 still traveling and speaking to each other Happy Birthd... read more
I ended up with a flat tire on the first 30 miles of the Dempster Highway and returned to Dawson City for repair. Sean was helpful, gave good advice, and was able to fix the tire same day. Napa was too full to help that day. Overall, good experience and I was able to get back on the road that evening and complete my drive to Tuktoyatuk and back that week.
