I trained with Heath for over a year. Toward the end, there was a misunderstanding, after which he late-canceled four of my scheduled sessions. He then texted me that he no longer wanted to train me due to my “energy” and blocked me on his phone and social media. After that, he chose to communicate only with my sister rather than directly with me, and attempted to send a refund to her, which I declined. I trained at Chief Fitness for maybe a year and a half. I started with women’s self-defense. The owner is a good trainer. He taught me a lot. Our business relationship ended due to a personal misunderstanding, but I have nothing negative to say. There was a miscommunication, but we can chat different personalities, and sometimes, it’s best to stop working with someone if you don’t see eye to eye. But in the end I got a refund so I would recommend Chief Fitness for self-defense and kickboxing.

Trainer canceled on me, telling me he was removing me from the schedule. I had a hell of a time trying to get a refund. He late canceled for two weeks leading up to the end of the year and then He actually texted me at 1 AM December 31, so before the new year. Giving me a lame excuse to cancel me permanently. But then immediately blocked me. Telling me in the message though that he'd work on a refund. Then he blocked me on Facebook. Lol!
